No one ever mentions that it is all raw food. And the no sex for twenty days why is that necessary

When your detoxing your eliminating waste and toxins from your body, it's just our suggestion that you don't participate in sexual activity because of the exchanging of fluids. A friend recommended this detox process and it has changed my view on food and my pallette. I lost several pounds and now crave the fruits and vegatables. dherbs wasn't as filling as it seems. they have you to take 9 capsules a day, that's too much. it didn't work for me, but maybe it will work out for you.

I was so exicted to receive my package that I could hardly contain myself, I torn the package open and sat down right then and there and began to read the instructions and setting up the pill box; however it soon came to the point in the mist of that exictement that the batteries were not included! The charge was gone, all the things could not do i.e., no protien, no breads of any kind nothing my raw vegetables and the supplements and exercise, I am 60 and have a bone and calimum defiecency. My doctor totally advise against starting this regime. I didn't feel comfortable with it either and through all I'd heard, not once did hear anything about a total raw food diet. I am preparing to return the package, and if I'm asked I won't advise anyone to attempt this life style change espeacially if you are not a practing Vegan or Raw food practioner.

Processed and cooked foods lack the enzymes and nutrients that are beneficial to our bodies, which is why the raw food diet most resourceful while cleansing. When I read the literature about this product, I thought that I wouldn't make it more than five days. Today is my last day and I am very pleased with my results. I went to my 35 year class reunion meet and greet last night and there were no raw fruits or vegetables so I drank water and ate fruit when I left. Not only did I lose 14 pounds, but I feel great. After eating only raw fruits, vegetables and nuts for the past 20 days, I have decided to continue my eating habits. I will add baked and/or broiled fish and chicken for protein and I will limit my intake of everything else. The keys to the success of this program are have all of the foods that you need readily available to you and don't have tempting foods in your home.

I just finished the 21day whole body cleanse, though I feel better. I believe my expectations were to loose weight as well as waste. I am a vegetarian therefore the foods that were required I was eating prior to the cleanse the only thing I had to eliminate was coffee and a carbohydrates. I recommend this product to others, not for weight loss but for waste loss. In addition the customer service was polite and professional when I called with questions.
