I am on day 10 of my cleanse and I am so happy that I took this journey. I feel so good and besides for when I smell meat I honestly don't miss it. This has definitely changed my life and my relationship with food for the better. I can do nothing but sing praises for the product. The only thing I would suggest is a better way of packaging the charcoal. It is really not user friendly and is the only part of the process that I dread dealing with every evening because its so messy. Other than that 2 thumbs up!!

I am just wrapping up my 20 day Cleanse and it has definitely worked! I can see the results when I look in the mirror. I lost inches for sure and I was not trying to lose weight as much as I wanted to cleanse from the toxins I know I have in my body. I would recommend this for everyone. It was not easy and having a juicer and meal planning saved me during this process. I had one headache in the beginning and that was it! This was a great start on my journey to rejuvenating my work-out regime. Plus they send you great information about the cleanse and a handy pill case for when your on the go. Don't think about it - DO IT!

A very good experience. The key don't cheat drink lots of water. I am now eating more green leafy vegetables. I have been asked what I took to look so good. You can do it too. The 20 days will have lasting benefits

I used to fall asleep driver under the wheel, but after taking the full body cleanse I'm full of energy, but it was challenging with no meat but I did it and fill good about it. Thxs Dherbs.com

There were a lot of pills to take every few hours totaling 30 pills a day which was a lot for me. I would like to see a simpler process with far fewer pills. Due to the number of pills I was unable to do the program as recommended...

I really really enjoyed this cleanse it's better than all the cleanses I have tried I like that it cleanses and removes alot of the toxins in the total body I can't wait to do the cleanse again I'm sticking with the dherbs cleanse and I have been telling everyone how good it works I just felt energetic afterwards my skin was pretty and clear and I lost a lot of my belly fat this product is a winner for me

I use Dherbs often and it really has changed my life. I lost 60 pounds and I feel great. My energy level is high and my waist line is smaller. If you use it as directed it will work for you too

I just want to say, my body is feeling so much better now than it did before the cleanse. I was having problems sleeping before, I no longer have that problem. I used to use the social media to put me to sleep, but now in 10 minutes of going to bed, I am out! Since it have ended there are certain things that I have not gone back to and that is dairy and many of the carbohydrates that I was consuming before. I have not eaten red meat or pork as well, and the fried foods have not crept back in. These are just a few things that I have stayed away from so far and I hope the desire for will go away all together. My total weight lose of the 20 day cleanse was 12 lbs!
