I didn't know all I could eat was raw vegetables. I couldn't stick to the plan.

It worked just as it promised. No harshness, no "living in the john", but it worked as promised. I regained energy and stamina. I exercised regularly and remained motivated. It has encouraged me to eat less meat and more raw fruits and veggies - no more over cooking veggies. I even think clearer. It was great and I will definitely repeat the cleanse in the future.

I took the pills I stay away from junk food and nothing happen no weight lost I weight 210 pounds I'm trying to get to 170-175 but the pills doesn't work I just stop using them

Hi Falcao, Thanks for sharing your review. Unfortunately eliminating junk food out of your diet alone is not the diet the cleanse requires you to keep. As the product states, it requires you to keep a raw food diet that only consists of fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds. In order for the cleanse to be effective you must keep up with diet in addition to taking the daily supplements. The capsules and the raw food compliment each other, one does not work without the other. The diet is commonly misunderstood as some customers think that the capsules will still be effective regardless of diet.

I really enjoyed the experience of using Heart Heatlh, Liver Cleanse, Full Detox, Bowel Movement, etc. Since taking these products my blood readings have been on point. However, I wish the teas that are provided do not include steavia. I am allergic to stevia and experience heart palpitations. Other than that I will continue to be a valued customer.

I feel like when selling any kind of product for detox the company should include best ways to use it. Don't leave it up to the customer to search for best way to use. Not good at all.

Hi Latonya, Your feedback is appreciated. We see that your order only consisted of the Detox formula which is a product that does not require a booklet of instructions. The instructions can be found on our website in addition to it being on the back of the bottle. This supplement is not a full detox program, it does helps detox the body however it is not equivalent to an actual cleanse or changing your diet to help detox your body. All of our cleanses require a particular diet in addition to taking the supplements.
