Their responsiveness was unequaled in my historical administrative business dealings and in particular Mr. Trace Wendell was honest, responsive and he always followed through with everything to make my efforts a success. Their rates are fair and transparent and they are responsive. The MX Merchant platform is fantastic as well. Easy to manage and process and they are constantly looking to improve their processes.

So far so good. It took way to long to get approved. if it was't for that it would be five stars.

We've only been with Dharma for a couple of weeks but, in that short time, the customer support has been top-notch. We asked a bunch of questions before signing up and they answered all questions promptly, courteously, and comprehensively. Unlike other merchant account providers, Dharma is completely up-front and transparent with their fees. As for funding, Dharma is faster than our former provider and there haven't been any batch failures.
