So far so good
So far so good. It took way to long to get approved. if it was't for that it would be five stars.

Normally, we can turn a new account around in just a day or so (sometimes same day!) but with brand-new businesses, we often times have additional requests to verify the address and legal status with the IRS. Folks always ready and available to…
Folks always ready and available to help, answer questions, clarify terminology. Reports are easy to read. Merchant site is pretty easy to navigate - just wish statements were a one click project. We really appreciate the clear, consistent pricing!

We'll respond in full via email to have a full conversation with you, but we wanted to note that your rates are the exact same as when you signed up, excellent! We never increase rates. So although your "net rate" will typically fluctuate month-over-month based on the types of cards you accept, you'll always pay the exact same rates to Dharma. Please do lookout for an email the address on file, and we'll outline our cost structure, and highlight how Dharma's rates have remained unchanged since inception :) Thanks so much for your time and review, we appreciate you!

Dharma has worked great for us.
Dharma has worked great for us. We are getting better pricing on our merchant services and the billing practices are incredibly transparent and easy to reconcile. We are very satisfied with the move to Dharma as our Merchant Services provider.
