We haven't begun using them fully yet
We haven't begun using them fully yet, but I was still confused on all the prices associated and what Dharma does compared to the needed accounts with MC Merchant and Authorize.net. As someone new to this, I guess I needed more step by step help. Looking forward to how it grows with us, however!

Hello Theresa, as a CSAware software-using farmer, you are required to utilize the Authorize.net gateway with your Dharma Merchant Account. MX Merchant does not integrate with the CSAware software. While MX is included with every account, only Authorize.net integrates with your CSAware website. I hope this helps! Thank you for choosing to partner with Dharma.

Low processing Fees! Sales team needs extra push for getting things done!
First of all, let me say...they have the cheapest processing fee and the NOT the best customer service. After repeated calls and emails, I finally got setup, but they can’t download the program on my existing equipment! Wowwww, the equipment they want me to buy is an extra $350+ or cancel the already approved account and reapply with another fresh application. I’ve decided to continue as of now and see what other challenges I’ve to face in the future. Just a tip for the sales team, please respond to the customers email and phone calls, it’s very inexpensive way to keep them happy for a longer term. Thanks and I appreciate all the help and the inconvenience they have caused, because I know God has his blessings on the people who believe and follow him, irrespective of the things that life throws @ you! God bless all the good fellas @ your company! Thanks dharma for keeping the prices low!

Hello, We apologize for any frustrations in setup timeframes. We do our best to be clear about expectations when signing up, but understand that sometimes you're in a hurry. We can say that once we received all of the requested documents, we had an approval in just two business days. Your equipment was mailed out the following business day, and is scheduled to arrive next week. We do our best to communicate expectations and timeframes, so please let us know if you haven't received our welcome emails that reference when to expect your terminal. We do look forward to proving our commitment to our five-star service levels, Pedro! We encourage you to reach out to our support team with any future requests or needs, we're here to help. We'd love to prove to you that we are a five-star team!
