As per the agreement, if a cancellation occurs before delivery, we reserve the right to withhold up to 10% of the transaction amount to cover processing fees. This policy ensures that we do not incur additional costs due to cancellations. In your case, a $59.50 fee was withheld from the $595 transaction, which is within the terms you agreed to after placing your order. In this case, this was a net-zero transaction for us - we neither gained nor lost money. If you have any additional questions regarding your transaction or want to place your order again, we will gladly deduct the $59.50 from your new order to accommodate this!
