We’re sorry to hear you feel this way, but we do want to clarify the situation for anyone reading.
You purchased the channel in January, and it was successfully delivered to you 10 days later. After delivery, you had access to the channel, uploaded your own videos over the following months, and our team continued to provide support and answer your questions throughout that period.
The channel was later demonetized in April, several months after delivery. Based on the circumstances, the demonetization was connected to activity/content uploaded after the channel had already been transferred and used. Because of that, we were not able to issue a refund.
That said, we still tried to help and immediately offered two resolution options: either a replacement channel or 10 free videos. Unfortunately, both options were declined, and you requested a refund instead, which we explained we could not provide under these circumstances.
We always aim to support our customers fairly, but we also have to distinguish between issues that happen before delivery and issues that happen months later after the channel has been actively used and new content has been uploaded.
We remain open to resolving this through one of the options already offered.

->> This is another BIG LIE - Reminds me of Trump, People who lie without any Shame! None of the videos on this revamped channel even got 50 views and when i checked the analytics - the few views come from India and Pakistani. And the 10,000 views you mention are the 2 videos you included by in the delivery. Only 2 videos on the channel each with 12,648 views (ha, ha....even a fool can see through this that this is fake. These are BOTs (FAKE TRAFFIC). No wonder - that even with revamping the channel - none of my good videos even has 50 reviews - why? Because channels like these often fall under YouTube’s scrutiny due to suspicious engagement patterns and quickly get deprioritized or shadow banned.
To anyone considering buying a DFY Dave channel: Please do your research. Artificial growth and fake views are a dangerous foundation for any long-term YouTube strategy. Save your money and avoid this trap.

Wasted Money. I already made a review here out of coercion before I really saw the results of this service. I would never Ever Purchase such channels again. Wasted my time revamping the site - and the audience of these sites come from Bangladesh and Pakistani - useless. If serious about Youtube - go the normal way. These channels give you a false sense of achievement -liars and frauds. Warning - Do not throw your money away. You should be ashamed of this DAVE!

Taking a closer look at the videos you uploaded, we can conclude that majority of those videos have not been uploaded according to our instructions.
YouTube channels with fake traffic are not approved into the partner program, and are quickly deleted by YouTube; Channels we create and deliver to our clients don't have artificial traffic on them.

Waited 1 month to write this Lengthy honest review on YT Monetized Channel
I bought the YouTube monetization channel a month ago and waited to write this review. After watching Dave's videos for months, featuring all that successful AI-generated content earning from ads, I felt inspired. As a 37-year-old virtual assistant earning only $600 a month and barely making ends meet, I thought maybe I could earn from YouTube too, even without showing my face. With AI tools everywhere, I figured they might help me since I'm a complete beginner.
I needed that initial push, so I decided to buy the monetized channel. The delivery was super fast, just as promised, and I appreciated the customer service assistance. Following the steps was smooth, and I was excited about the process. Although it's not my first time on YouTube—I had a channel before that wasn’t monetized—I started working on it right away.
However, on Day 1, I was already disappointed and sent them an email. I noticed that while the channel was based in the U.S., the content was from an Indian guy, and the subscribers and viewers were from Vietnam. How can Vietnamese understand an Indian guy who doesn’t speak English on his channel? They explained that the channel delivered mostly original subscribers from Asian countries, which are typically dominant on YouTube. This wasn’t what I expected to see, but I chose to ignore it because I set my expectations that my success would depend on my content.
So, I posted a new video. They advised me not to expect massive results after just 24 hours with a single AI-generated video; that’s practically impossible and simply unrealistic. I accepted that.
Yesterday, they mentioned that my review hurts their business significantly. They strive to help people start their YouTube channels correctly by providing all the necessary resources. They believe it’s unfair that I gave them a 1-star review just because my videos aren’t performing well.
They clarified that video performance isn’t something they can guarantee and insisted that my channel works perfectly fine. However, they pointed out that my videos simply aren’t attractive enough for viewers, which is why my Click Through Rate is so low. They also suggested not using hashtags in the titles.
At the end of the day, they recommended hiring designers or freelancers to handle the thumbnails and help increase my CTR and referred me to their database. So, I plan to edit this review after one month if there are improvements from their recommended Thumbnail Designer and Video Editors and if my views increase due to algorithm changes.

Upon ordering a monetized YouTube channel, you signed an agreement that outlines our policies. As per the agreement, if a cancellation occurs before delivery, we reserve the right to withhold up to 10% of the transaction amount to cover processing fees. This policy ensures that we do not incur additional costs due to cancellations.
In your case, a $59.50 fee was withheld from the $595 transaction, which is within the terms you agreed to after placing your order. In this case, this was a net-zero transaction for us - we neither gained nor lost money.
If you have any additional questions regarding your transaction or want to place your order again, we will gladly deduct the $59.50 from your new order to accommodate this!

they gave me an account flagged by the algorithm with 0 views on all the videos but with the 1000 subscribers, the moment I tried to put my AdSense account I was expulsed of the partner program and every time I upload a video gets 0 views, then i tried to refund but they only gave me half of the money

Alex got a fully organically monetized account from us and once he had taken ownership, he started reuploading videos from YouTube which is obviously not tolerated by the YouTube Algorithm.
We have gone through the issue with him and he appears to understand what's wrong and acknowledged his mistake.
Our refund policy states that no refunds are accepted if the channel was tampered with and by that, we were not obliged to provide a refund. Out of respect for our clients, we still provided him with half the money and we've taken the loss together.
