I picked this beauty up after deciding ropes and duct tape were “too seasonal.” Right out of the box, the nail gun feels solid — lightweight enough for extended nighttime “errands,” but powerful enough to redecorate drywall and absolutely ruin a neighbour’s sense of security. Pros: Battery life is excellent. Managed three abandoned sheds and a particularly stubborn wardrobe before needing a recharge. Surprisingly quiet compared to my old compressor model. Hard to hear over the screams. LED light is handy when your basement bulb keeps flickering like you’re living inside a low-budget horror film. Cons: Misfires occasionally. Nothing kills the mood like having to explain to a hostage that you need to clear a jam. Nails are expensive. Serial killing on a budget is harder than people think. The trigger safety feature prevented at least two “accidents,” which frankly feels judgmental. Final verdict: Great for DIY projects, sinister monologues, and pretending you’re the villain in a streaming crime drama nobody asked for. Lost two stars because the carrying case makes me look like an electrician instead of the terrifying urban legend I’m trying to become. Would I recommend it? To contractors: yes. To serial killers: seek therapy first.

On the job site, DeWalt is everywhere. Some people have Milwaukee, Makita, and even Hilti. I preferred DeWalt because of the warranty offers and their strong reviews. However, when I put in for my warranty, they said they don’t make that battery anymore and I should just buy one in the aftermarket. What is the point of having a warranty if the business isn’t following through with their side of the bargain? I should be sent a converter with current battery, an aftermarket battery, or even their newest circular saw with the new battery. It is not my fault you made a deal and then stopped making the product. I am still battling and it has been 2-weeks of back and forth with no progress. It is ridiculous.

Newe Shop Vac is junk. Saved themselves money by making the hose and fittings small and caused consumers a bunch of shit with stopped up hoses and bullshit. If you have a shop don't bother, you will spend more time unplugging the hose and intake thatn you save using a good vac.

When I first purchased DeWalt tools, I believed I was making a sound investment. However, after years of use and numerous battery replacements, I can no longer recommend them. The batteries do not last as long as those from other brands or even inexpensive knockoffs. For instance, I bought my wife an affordable screw gun/drill for home projects, charged its battery, and months later—despite sitting unused—it still delivered ample power. In contrast, a fully charged DeWalt battery will often be completely dead after sitting idle for just a week or less, sometimes emitting a faint burnt electrical odor. They struggle to hold a charge, frequently fail to charge fully—indicating only two out of three or three out of four lights—and rarely last through a full day’s work. As a result, they spend more time on the charger than in operation. If possible, I would have DeWalt repurchase every tool, battery, and charger I own so I could switch to another brand, perhaps Milwaukee, for greater power and quality. I have decided to stop buying DeWalt, as I believe they are overpriced and of inferior quality. If I must continually replace short-lived batteries, I would prefer to invest in a different brand. DeWalt does produce excellent corded tools, which I will continue to purchase, but their cordless lineup is not worth the investment. It is time to begin replacing these tools with superior products and selling off my DeWalt equipment. So 2 stars for cordless, 5 stars for corded tools.

to all DeWalt scroll saw owners. I own a DeWalt Scroll saw. And I really like that the controls which are so easy to use. The power switch, speed control, blade changing and tension is great. But this is my second saw in six years. The first saw lasted a little over five years. The second saw lasted one year plus a week. The motors keep burning out. I bought the second saw at Home Depot with a three year extended warranty. But now neither Home Depot or the insurance company will not honor anything. So I will need to shop for a new saw that is not DeWalt. Has anyone else had such bad luck? Now I know why the saws are painted lemon yellow --junk. Does anyone have better luck with other scroll saw manufacturers? Please let me know. Donald Wacker 320-510-2554

I'm very disappointed! You buy your cordless product and then you not only have to buy a battery ut also the charger to be able to even use it If that isn't the biggest rip off you only get 20 minutes of power which barely let's you do anything. On top of that the filter for your vacuum doesn't come with the sleeve you need to keep it from clogging. Your product is a total piece of wasted time and money! Very disappointed!
