We had a problem with our microwave under warrantee. The service department was very helpful. Made an appt. and kept me informed as to the tech's schedule. Technician Dakota was very prompt, personable, and effective in fixing the problem. He was considerate re: covid 19 protection standards. We are very appreciative.

Communication was awful. They didn't tell me they weren't coming for our scheduled installation as I waited having changed my work schedule. When finally they were coming, I only found out because I called to ask and again had to change my work schedule to accommodate their lack of communication. The range we purchased doesn't properly fit our space which will now cost us even more money. Sure, we could have asked more questions but given that they knew exactly what we were replacing they should have told us about the much deeper dimensions so that we could make an informed choice. The salesperson did seem to genuinely feel bad that this whole thing was totally botched and we were left waiting several weeks beyond promised delivery. But there was zero offer of compensation or any real effort to make us feel better about their company from whom we have been buying appliances for years.
