So far so good had no complaint's, Devoted cares about their customers, that means a lot always growing with different states, I would get them again.

Devoted has been the best insurance to work with as they specialize in the medicare beneficiary and their needs to navigate the healthcare system with in, and out of network needs. When a client needs personal assistance in finding answers and guidance for their care they are the easiest to work with and they follow through to the answer of the issue or inquiry. Their network is very good and the providers they work with are very good too. I would recommend anybody on medicare to check them out if they have the Devoted Healthcare company coverage available to them in their area.

I am very surprised by the less than 5 star reviews. I changed from Aetna to Devoted Health this year as my Medicare health insurance provider and have been very pleased. They offer things other plans do not. There’s a $60 PER MONTH Food and Home card that can be used for healthy food or utilities. There’s a $50 OTC every quarter. There’s a $150 per year health benefit that I will use when I renew my Calm app in July. There are reimbursement options that I’ve used for Dental and Optical. The cost for seeing a specialist is the same as before .. $30. You can do a video visit with a nurse to review medications and ask other questions and be reimbursed $50. I have been very satisfied.

I am recently retired and was confused about which Medicare Advantage healthcare plan to choose. I ended up with a well seasoned agent that spoke very highly of Devoted. Know that I have had this very valuable Advantage plan for a few months I found out they are top notch in what they do and really care about me, this is what I call human kindness at it's very best!! I absolutely love devoted yes sometimes it's hard to find a doctor on the plan but I called devoted and they send me a complete list of doctors that take the plan if I call and the doctor says they don't it's not devoted fault it means the doctor stop taking the plan and did not notify devoted of this which is a problem and I'm sure in the future it will be taken care of these doctors sign in agreement and sometimes they don't fulfill their agreement but I never have a problem getting a referral I never get a problem getting something done and when I call they take their time they speak to me we talk for a while and sometimes it's not even a bad insurance it's about they understand that you know some people like to talk and some seniors are a little bit lonely and they take the time to talk to them they give you back to give back program they give you over the counter drugs they're always there to help and I find them to be one of the best insurance companies that I've ever had I'm sure there are complaints but that's what most people do they complain about everything nothing is ever good enough and you just can't satisfy everybody they'll always find a reason to complain my doctors are on it I get my things covered and for anybody out there that needs to go get a test you have to go to acumen they do not charge you to take your test for some reason when you go into a place that's on the ground and you walk in there's no copay acumen does all kinds of testing they have an MRI machine they do scans in there they do mostly everything you need done so check out acumen when you need to have a test

I had a sinus infection, called them up to speak to nurse practitioner. She did everything on video conference, sent in prescription for antibiotics! All done in about 20 minutes.
