I honestly regret switching to this provider. What looked promising at first quickly turned into a frustrating experience. The information they provide is unreliable — I found multiple providers listed who don’t even accept their plans, which wastes a lot of time and effort trying to get basic care sorted. Customer support is inconsistent. Sometimes you get someone polite, but they often can’t actually resolve the issue or give clear answers. It feels like you’re being passed around without any real solution. On top of that, coverage details are not transparent. Certain benefits or services I was told were included either weren’t covered or came with unexpected limitations. This lack of clarity makes it very hard to trust what they say. Overall, the experience has been stressful and disappointing. I would not recommend this service if you value clear communication and reliable coverage.

I’m very new to Devoted, so my opinion may change after I’ve had more experience w them. I am verrrry disappointed in their OTC program. (A) CVS is 50 miles from me, so very inconvenient. (B) selections are very limited, mostly just CVS brand, and very very few of those. (C) In most cases, they were out of the few items that are covered. (D) I bought an item in the wrong size and they refused to make an exchange. Said they are never allowed to exchange anything bought via Devoted. Unless other coverage issues really shine during this calendar year, I will be jumping ship in 2027.

Hopeless insurance will not recommend anyone.they now not covering all now charging for everything on specialst visit each visit cost almost $100

All charges related to annual eye visit to my doctor, who is in the network, were denied without explanation posted in EOB. When called (Devoted has an excellent customer service, knowledgeable, no waiting time), it was explained that eye exams are covered by Premier Eye Care and claims should be sent to Premier DIRECT. Devoted Guide doesn't include this information or instructions - big oversight!

If you have an OTC, you MUST shop at CVS and there are no choices as far as what you might prefer. If you want TUMS you must buy a certain size and flavor. If you want toothpaste, you have to buy Crest, nothing remotely healthy like Toms'. You have to buy their inferior vitamins as opposed what is best for your health. After waiting on a long line to pay for my items, everything I wanted was declined. So anything I want is coming out of pocket. There are no choices.

Did not receive the increase in ss payment was not reimbursed for dental cleaning after sending proof of payment to them. Do not do what they say other companies are much easier to do business with. Date should be all of 2025. Tom Shuler

Bunch of liars. They switch your benefits around and make them unusable. Had a food and home card that came with a catalog online that you can order and have OTC and food items delivered. Well, now if I want to use that money I've got to go to different stores and scan product by product to find what it will actually buy. So essentially they took that money away because that's not usable for me. And this is to say nothing of the sudden burst of co-pays I have for every benefit that used to be free at point of service for me.
