Clean safe and convenient. Room was smaller than it seemed in photos but worked for one night

It was very cozy, bed was super comfortable! The only thing that I could say negative would be that there wasn’t anywhere to put bathroom items.. it needs a shelf or shelves to be able to place items. I would stay there again for sure!

Greetings, we love hearing that your stay was enjoyable! Our joy is to provide a lot of luxury in a small package! Like Beekman bath amenities and a coffee bar offering various coffee and tea selections.

I wish there was a 3.5 stars. The room was good for our purpose, as we didn't plan to be in it much. But it is SMALL! Nowhere to hang up clothes. Really, no room to put the suitcase. I would personally take out the corner desk and put some sort of narrow armoire there. If someone wants a workspace, get an armoire with a slide out tray and tuck a folding chair behind. Honestly, my only real complaint (like I said we really just needed somewhere to shower and sleep) was that the bed was REALLY uncomfortable. It was WAY too soft, and it didn't stay against the wall.

Greetings, we're always happy for your comments! True to description, Domum is a minimum space/lightly furnished establishment. A short walk to cruise terminals 1 & 2 and located in the East End Historic District between downtown Galveston and the University of Texas Medical Branch, your stay here will cater to a vast host of travel interests.

We enjoyed our visit very much - it's a perfect, quick get-a-way for a short trip or stay. Everything was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the location was perfect. We will be back!

This was a pleasant place to stay and we would not hesitate to stay here again. It is a modest house with small comfortable rooms, which seemed to be recently renovated. There is no signage anywhere, nor is there a front desk with anyone to talk to. You get an email the day before with the digital code to unlock the front and room doors and you just let yourself in. If you have any issues, you have to text message them - which we had to do a few times. Jade (not sure if she was an owner, a manager, or service staff) was very friendly and responsive. The bed was very comfortable. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The air conditioner and ceiling fan kept the room temperature comfortable. The location of Domum was perfect - a few blocks walk to the Strand and a 3 min Uber ride to the cruise port. The only reason it has 4 stars and not 5 is because of it’s minimalistic character. All in all we had a very positive experience with our 2 night stay.

We need kitchen for breakfast or fresh fruits like usual. Thank you.

Good, nice place, coffee is a bonus. Bed was somewhat comfortable, but edges seemed to sink down and pillows way too soft. Maybe a head board would help.. Not much counter space in bathroom to hold your stuff. Good value for the price, and no contact is a bonus
