There is no access to ice. The bed was very hard. The place was clean and easy to gain entry to.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The location was great near the Strand.

Location worked out great for us - within walking distance of great eating and live entertainment. Room was fine for a quick one-night stay, but super small - bed took up most of room. Very clean and European feel to the room. Recommend if you don’t plan to spend much time in the room.

We misunderstood that this was a house with very small rooms and not a proper hotel. For clarity, it’s a corner lot with street parking. They provide a temporary parking pass, which was a nice perk. The access is completely electronic and worked as expected. The room is tiny. Barely enough room for our stuff (we needed a room as our cruise was departing the following morning). 10 minute walk to downtown. Beautiful neighborhood. No frills, but comfortable. Quiet and safe. Clean and tidy. If you’re looking for something quaint but utilitarian, this is probably a good fit.

Room temperature control is controlled centrally and was unable to regulate my own temperature to cool the room during a warmer part of the day. Regardless the room fan worked well and the heater worked at night to keep the room warm as temps dropped

We enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable for us It was an interesting house that has been fully modernized. Plus it was close to the Strand.

Very easy to check in. Only issue is we got locked out of the back door and our code didn’t work back there to get back in after being in the designated smoking area. Not too big a deal though.

I loved the room and location. The room is very small but cozy. I do have some suggestions. Shelves in the bathroom close or above the sink. There is no place to put your toiletries. There is very little room on the sink. Also, a shelf or two on the wall in the bedroom would be helpful. There is no place to enjoy a cup of coffee while in bed. Maybe a small shelf close to the bed to put your cell phone, a cup, the remote or an alarm clock.
