hated using the app to open the doors, my Bluetooth wouldn't connect for the longest time! Otherwise the place was great, good location and clean room, good water pressure!

Couldn’t figure out how to turn the ceiling fan on. Sink is way too small and water gets on the floor every time you use it. Otherwise, wonderful place!!!

Staff most accommodating and helpful. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is that for cost value, I felt some basic upgrades would be nice, I.e., floors and grounds. Again, wonderful host and staff.

Pleasant clean nicely refurbished modern small room inside an unmarked blue house. Find it by going in the back porch door with a key code and then using your phone to unlock and always relock the room door. Modern lights, bedding, bathroom; original oak floors. Simple and clean. Very reasonable price and good location between medical school and downtown, in historic district. Coffee maker in the hallway shared by all guests. It's a small room and bathroom, perfect for a budget minded single, maybe too small for many couples except for budget advantage.
