The worst part about this company is they use FedEx to ship - and I'm pretty sure they kicked the package from NY to my door at CA. Ordered some car wash products and first package arrived with some empty bottles. Sent in a request on a Saturday night and Reece from DI responded Sunday morning and had a replacement out the same day. Unfortunately package arrived like the first one with a leak and product stained box. I'm thankful though they made the effort to replace it.

My order was accurate and shipped the following day after I placed the order. They even went above and beyond to use tape to tape down the lids of the detergents that I ordered in order to prevent them from spilling. My items arrived neatly packed and NOT damaged!!

In my case if i'am going to purchase anything,it's going to be with people like in Detailed Image who care about the customer and their return business,they make sure all customer concerns are addressed promptly.

Every transaction I've had with DetailedImage has been fantastic! They always ship quickly, the items always arrive as promised and I always get a fair deal, I cannot recommend them highly enough.
