Good website, horrible automation & notices
Was looking for websites with an easy interface and good discounts. This website has everything you could look for. HOWEVER, they canceled my order an hour after it was placed due to "fraudulent activity". While I understand, it is in place for protection. I wish I could have got some sort of confirmation or notice before my order was cancelled out of nowhere. The bad thing is that it was a business order. I had to restock my supplies, but now that the "time/order deadline" was passed now I have to wait till next week to get my order which makes it extremely difficult because I have to wait for a 1-3 business day return on my funds, and re-order my things. This is unacceptable, and hope that they figure out good way to protect it's customers. 2/10

Thank you for the feedback! Places such as Amazon see and store payment info, so they can verify addresses and payment information manually. For us, all we see is a transaction ID and some yes/no checks, which means that we never see or store any payment information, keeping all of our customers private information safe. Once an order is flagged in this automated system by our processor, it is cancelled and refunded in full. We certainly understand that this might not be ideal for your situation, but we did update you quickly and listed many other payment and address options to avoid this moving forward. We will also listen to this feedback and if we ever are able to see or store payment info we will be sure to make an announcement.
