I received the Rupes Rotary Ultra Fine White Foam Pad - 5.25" from DetailedImage.com on 9/22/2023. Shipping time and communication were fine but the product wasn't. The pad had a big crease running down the center on one side and the polishing side had multiple big dents in the foam. The packaging was in a detailed image clear baggie and not the mfg packaging. I don't recall bulk packaging being called out in the product description. There is no way this was a mistake as the flaws were so apparent. I have pics.

Thank you for the review! I can assure you that all of the items we carry and not shipped open, used, or defective. We purchase all of the items we carry directly from the manufacturers we work with and these items are shipped exactly as they are received. In the past Rupes shipped pads in large clear bags and due to us selling pads individually, they are packaged in Detailed Image clear bags. These are quality bags and designed to keep packing material off the face of your pads. With that said, Rupes recently updated the packaging for their pad lineup and all pads are now wrapped individually in sealed bags. Even with the pads in their own bags, damages can happen in transit, especially if your order contains heavier items that can dent or damage the pad. No worries though, we always take care of our customers if damages happen in transit.
