Janice Gwilliam went way above and beyond. She walked me through the booking process as well as explained everything to me as I am booking my first vacation. There was confusion with our room type and she even was able to score me a feee upgrade. Our Travel agent Janice Gwilliam was extremely helpfull expecially given the extenuating cricumstances surrounding organizing a destination wedding during the Covid 19 outbreak. She was there with us every step of the way to explain the ins and outs of every agreement and help answer every question we had. During our trip we ran into some trouble on resort and Janice was extremely helpful in getting our vacation back on track and making things right. Overall our experience was amazing, and we definitely recommend her to any other couples looking for a destination wedding.

Jennifer Corrigan was great! She was so easy to work with and all of our guests were extremely pleased with her service and responsiveness.

We used Destination Weddings to plan our nuptials in Cancun and would HIGHLY recommend. Cathy Byrnes was our planning specialist and she was absolutely incredible. Planning a destination wedding during a pandemic, amidst constantly changing travel restrictions, airlines cancelling and changing flight itinerary etc is no easy task. We can’t imagine how overwhelming it would have been to try and support all of friends and family with booking their trip without Cathy’s professional help. Cathy is an excellent communicator, very prompt on email responses and was exceptional in helping guests that had special travel requests. For our wedding she dealt with Canadian, American and European guests and was able make everyone’s travel arrangements easy and seamless. She also acted as a great conduit between us and the hotel and assisted us greatly with communicating with our wedding planner, at the Grand Palladium resort. One of our guests had issues at check in (no reservation in the hotel system) and called Cathy, very late in the evening, and Cathy immediately resolved the situation with the hotel. She became a very trusted point of contact for us and our guests and we owe her a lot of gratitude for playing a huge role in helping us pull off our dream wedding in mexico becoming a reality. If you are considering a larger group destination wedding, you are in great hands with Cathy Byrnes!

An awesome experience, everything that I expected and then some. No regrets here. Can’t wait to go back to Jamaica.

Brenda Potts was excellent she handled all of my needs and did her best to make sure my guest were accommodated when we had to suddenly switch hotels due to the no kid policy but she did an awesome job will be using them again

I was referred to Amy Boyce by a friend that had used Amy for a wedding. I was nervous about all the covid protocols and traveling but I must say, having Amy as our agent was the best referral ever. Amy Boyce was so nice, professional, and responsive to all my request. We went to Jamaica and stayed at the Bahia Principe Luxury Runaway Bay. The resort was beautiful. Very good staff and good food. They set up VIP section on the beach to celebrate our birthdays. It was an awesome trip and I'll definitely be using Amy again as my agent.
