Best Decision Ever! Honestly, after seeing some reviews I was kind of hesitant to go through Destination Weddings, but I was very fortunate in my experience with Susan Robson. I visited the Destination Wedding website for some information and Susan Robson reached out to me November 2021. It wasn't until January 2022 that I finally decided to start the wedding planning process and she was extremely helpful from the start all the way to the very end. My wedding was on June 17, 2023 and Susan and I have been in contact since. During the beginning stages of the planning process, I had so many questions, which she was so happy to answer. From the beginning, she helped my husband (fiance at the time) and I pick a location. Once the location was chosen, she sent over plenty of venues and we ultimately chose to have our wedding in Tulum, Mexico at the Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa. Planning everything with Susan, seemed too easy. I live in the west coast and she currently lives in the east coast and I thought that would be an issue for communication purposes, but it was the opposite. Communicating with her was simple. Very quick and responsive via email. We even talked and had several phone calls to ensure everything was going according to plan. She also ensured all our guests were booked and ready to go for their stay. I know a lot of my guests reached out to her and they came back to me with very good reviews stating that she got back to them very quickly and helped them all out with their concerns. My husband and I feel very grateful for Susan in helping not only us out, but also ensuring our guests had the best experience. She definitely relieved a lot of the stress we had in planning such a big wedding in a resort that we didn't even get to visit prior to our wedding. We couldn't emphasize this enough...we highly recommend these services for any couple planning a destination wedding and if the choice is given, choose Susan Robson, you wont regret it!

Great communication, quick and responsive to all my emails, and was available for phone conversations with me when I had more questions, so I highly recommend these services. I recently got back from a beautiful wedding at Dreams Las Mareas in Costa Rica; booking and planning was great. I also booked my Pre 40th birthday trip to Italy early June, amazing experience!

We used Destination Weddings for our wedding, and it was probably the easiest route for us. Kellie Davis was our travel agent, and she was very attentive and detail oriented. She listened to what our core wants/needs were and delivered us with multiple options in multiple price ranges to gave us options. We had the best time without the planning and stress of a wedding!!!

Our travel agent, Stephanie Parks was so accommodating, organized and amazing every step of the way for our destination wedding in Jamaica. We couldn’t have been more fortunate to have her as our guide for our trip. The outpouring joy from our family was also so important and she delivered! 150% would recommend her as your go to person!

We highly recommend using DestinationWeddings.com and TJ Dana to help plan and research your destination wedding. We worked with TJ Dana, who had an incredible knowledge of the Caribbean and Mexico resort market. She was able to help determine which resort would be a perfect fit for us, our guests, and our special day. She knew how family-friendly each resort was, the best food, and which ones had the best locations for our ceremony and reception. Once we decided on a resort, TJ was there every step of the way to ensure our 100+ guests were all booked in our short time frame - we decided on the resort in September and got married in early January. TJ worked with our US and European guests and confirmed rooms for everyone. Due to the short timeline we gave ourselves, TJ worked extensively on the contracting and room block process, so we felt comfortable with everything. She went above and beyond during crunch time to help us get deposits paid from our guests and even held almost daily update calls with us. Through all of this, her demeanor was pleasant, helpful, and reassuring. Not only did TJ help make this process easy, but booking through TJ and Destination Weddings saved us thousands due to the wedding package TJ could offer, and our guests also saved on their room rates over the listed rates on the internet.

My husband and I got married in Cancun. Stephanie Parks was our travel specialist and she was amazing. She was so friendly and professional and definitely made this process seamless for us.
