We had a wedding trip to runaway bay in mid august and we have been managing that trip with Janice Gwilliam since December 22nd. She has been so helpful and full of advice on how to decide it all because we were planing to travel with the kids and offered us all the possible combination that we asked her without rushing us or judging the type of question we asked.I heard from others travellers of the wedding as well that she was very helpful to them as well. Very pleasant experience and everything during the trip happens as we were planing.

I’ve used Tracy Espina two years in a row once for a wedding and once for a family group trip. She is efficient, myself and my guest have had no issues when we’ve arrived to the islands as far as the roundtrip transportation and hotel check in. I will be using her for a third time for next years trip.

Janice made this process so easy. This was my first time flying down south with a group booking for my best friends wedding, I had lots of questions and Janice was very helpful and quick with answering. There were some issues with our flights and as soon as she was notified she looked into right away and made sure to keep us all updated with what was going on. I would highly recommend Janice to anyone who is planning a destination wedding. The communication from the get go was phenomenal. I can only imagine how busy and stressful this field of work could be, so I’m just blown away with how helpful Janice was to not only the bride and groom, but everyone else including in the group. I decided to use destinationweddings.com as my travel agency for my wedding and guests because I went to a wedding last year in Mexico and the bride also used them. I got paired up with Tracy Espina and I have nothing but great things to say about her. She was extremely helpful and very responsive throughout the booking process. She recommended Dreams Jade to us and that is how we learned about the resort we got married at. Having a travel agent is going to be a life safer for you as a bride because they will take a lot of stress off of you when it comes to helping guests with booking and being your advocate when it comes to communicating with the hotel and wedding department. I was able to cc’ her on all my communication with the wedding department and I felt that helped so much with them getting back to us sooner. Not only was Tracy absolutely an amazing travel agent but destinationweddings.com did give us money toward our room for using them so there is an incentive.

Carrie Peterson came to our rescue planning the hotel/transfers portion of our destination wedding at Sandos Playacar in Mexico, where I was then introduced by her to my wedding planner at the resort. Carrie had all the answers to our questions, responded to emails quickly and made sure all of our guests accomodations were taken care of. She was amazing! Any questions or concerns they/we had, Carrie was able to help. Thank you destination weddings and Carrie for helping us make our dream wedding come true. 😊
