I am really impressed by the speed and calmness of Destinali's prompt replies to my email and questions. These are so important when you're in urgent need, as I was - for accurate information about VoA, and rapid assistance with making an application. I received my approvals within the quick timeframe indicated - And I am very grateful for the speed and the quality of service I received, and would definitely use Destinali again.

This company deserves 5 stars even though I got my Letter of Invitation after almost 6 hours instead of the 60min as advised on the website. Emailed required paperwork at 7:22pm and got my Letter of Invitation and CAC certificate at 1:16am. Still impressed with the service and trust this company. Very fast, courteous and very helpful if you have further questions. I am comparing with other scammer agencies I have used recently which charge 10 times more and take weeks to respond.

Thanks for your feedback. We typically deliver ahead of our 60 minutes promise, but sometimes differences in time zone can be an issue, depending on where our service personnel are located. Overall, we strive to continually improve so we can serve you better. Thanks once again for trusting us and we really do appreciate.
