BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU DON’T WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY! I would give this company a zero rating if I could. They are scammers, have zero customer service and probably a fraudulent company. I had a trip that was canceled in January when covid numbers were going up. They said I could use a credit for later travel because they couldn’t reimburse my money $1,600. I just found out the credit needed to be used by November and I had to rebook to the same destination with the same flights for the same passenger. How were they going to honor the credit with the exact same 3 destinations for the same passenger with MULTIPLE airlines and stopovers?! They have now ghosted me and no longer replying to my inquiries. This company was previously Farestore.com and changed names in June 2022. I have resigned to the fact that I will never see MY hard earned money ever again. It was basically a huge donation to this fraudulent company. I hope they enjoy their holidays! STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY if you don’t want to lose your money!!! Sep. 15: Destina Holidays, take a look at all the bad reviews. They are consistently saying the same thing. I have provided my trip ID and booking reference number multiple times. The agents close the tickets as “solved” without a real resolution. I will continue to open tickets until the issue is resolved. I have asked to speak with the manager or even Nadeem Quereshi… and nothing! I am absolutely frustrated. HELP! If anybody has success with pursuing them legally, please share with the group so we can all recover OUR money!

Arguably the most frustrating company I’ve ever dealt with. Should have trusted my gut and stayed away. Airline cancelled my outgoing flight, I asked destina to re-book me on another flight, they said they did but months later they had not. It is almost impossible to get ahold of anyone. The phone rings and rings, you leave a voicemail and they never call back. If you open a claim online you will get daily “waiting for a response” email but no actual response from a person. I was finally able to get on anew flight after endless hours on the phone and countless messages to their help desk. The cherry on top was two nights before my return from London to Phoenix, my ticket was suddenly gone with no explanation. I couldn’t reach anyone at destina holidays and the airline won’t talk to you because you’ve booked through the travel agency. Thankfully, an airline worker took pity on me and helped me secure a new flight when I was finally able to explain the situation. No answer or explanation,I was just left stranded by destina holiday, unable to contact anyone. Absolute scam. Listen to all the other warnings and stay away from this company.

Horrible company. Went to airport and couldn’t fly. Lost over 8k. Can’t get a penny back after airline told them to refund the money. Customer service has a horrible.

Made a flight reservation and ended up having to cancel due to illness. Cannot cancel directly through the airline so I needed to call/message a Destina agent. I've called 10 times now and each time get a voicemail saying no one is available to help. The chat feature on their website is the same story, I just am talking to myself. No customer support. DO NOT USE

Omg, I see the same issues posted here! I got my future credit with them, I booked new flights as they told me, follow the instructions they send via email and since then I haven’t heard from them, no confirmation,, nothing. I send multiple emails and i got automated response that they waiting for my response (??) I called probably 100 times and got hold of someone twice but they hang up on me soon as I give them my PNR numbers to confirm my bookings. I give them my phone number after this happened once and told them if we get disconnected please call me back, nothing, no call back. My flight is not for another two months but from I’m seeing what other people wrote here that there is no chance of getting this tickets. Totally scam!! I will take legal action! I will blast them on social Media, I will call BBB, something needs to be done, they are taking peoples money with no explanation. I will call my credit card company and see what they can help with. This is total absurd, if anyone here wants to make group complaint I am totally in, I will do one on my own anyway.

I would give them zero stars. I have never been treated so badly. I will never use this service again. I called multiple times and got hung up on except for one time. That time, the person told me that the originator of the email sent to me would be in the office in about 3-4 hours and was aware that he needed to call me as soon as he got in. He did not call. I sent multiple emails to him with no replies. I tried leaving voice mail messages and no one responded. I tried using the contact us option and no one responded. I ended up buying another ticket through another provider in order to get to make the trip. I am back from the trip and still have not heard from them at all. I wouldn't mind having the number to call the CEO. This is a scam.

Went through the terms and condiditons very carefully, still got mystery fees showing up on my credit card days later and they VERY obviously sold my info because within a few hours of unfortunately giving these people my contact info, I've had to put my phone on silent from non-stop spam calls. All they do is purchase tickets from the actual site of the company, just go there yourself and save the nightmare experience and surprise fees.

i have had the worst experience with this company, Nadeem should be shamed, i have booked the same ticket 3 times every time i book they would cancel and raise my price even though i keep paying more still being canceled and now I'm still waiting for someone to even respond to my request.
