I missed a call that was confirming my flight details. I’ve never had to do that before, so at first, it made me nervous, because I called several times to finally get through. However, I left a message, and the agent promptly returned my call, and I was confirmed. Price was so much cheaper than others, so I would definitely recommend!

The booking was easy and straight forward. There is always a worry with third party servicers, but I reached out and got a customer service agent when I needed clarification. Nice to talk with a person, rather than an automated system.

The phone call to confirm the reservation was at once reassuring and odd. But the reservation did process and we have our flight! While Destina's website says you can choose seats after purchase, the airline's website says seats sold from third parties cannot be preselected. :(

I didn't expect a quick response from DestinaHolidays. I was worried things won't work. However, I'm quite impressed and delighted to see my flight was processed in timely manner and emails were sent to confirm. Now looking forward to my trip back home. I have to admit the customer service is the quickest I have even encountered in last twenty years ish traveling. Thank you! P.S. I didn't put 5 stars because I didn't finalize my flights yet.
