Scam. Booked a round trip flight, got a response that the return flight segment was unavailable( it was available), offered a flight that left 10 hours earlier and had an extra stop. When I said that will not work, they said they can cancel my booking for a slight fee of $50 per ticket.

A week before our trip to Europe we found out that our flight from London to Krakow was cancelled by the airline. I tried to get a hold of them to see if we could make other arrangements. They did not respond so we made other arrangements to get to Krakow. They finally called when we were in Krakow and offered to refund that flight. After that they just kept sending automated responses. Last week, they emailed and said that we had taken the flight so they could not refund. I explained that only one of the flights on the itinerary was cancelled and we were seeking refunds for only that part. Their response to that was that we were a no show for that flight and therefore fore not eligible for compensation. I responded with the screenshot from the British Airways site that confirmed the flight was cancelled. That was Saturday. Thus far, no response. In regards to your response: I have two case numbers (69612 and 68782). The booking is 34JURE. I don’t blame your company for the flight being cancelled. I do blame you for not responding to me before the trip, adding unneeded stress to the situation. I also blame your company for constantly sending inquiries for more information (which were all responded to) and then ignoring the situation for several months. Then, when I did get a response, we got two different stories as to why we weren’t eligible. First that we flew the itinerary and then that we didn’t show up. The case number 69612 will give you the proof that the flight was cancelled. There should be a refund for that portion of the trip. Again, the trip ID is 34JURE. Response 2: One of the three flights to our final destination, London Heathrow - Krakow, was cancelled. We made other arrangements for that flight when you didn’t respond prior to our departure. We did fly on the other flights on the itinerary. Again, I have sent screenshots of the flight being cancelled attached to our case 69612. There should be a refund for that flight. As it stands, I paid for a flight that was cancelled and another flight {plus ground transportation to Stansted) that ultimately got us to Krakow. I never received the “proof” email that you were sending either. 1/3/23 update: I still have not received the proof that they reported that they were sending to me on December 22, 2022.

I am trying to get 1500.00 dollars back worth of the flight I never took. United airlines told that Destina Holidays need to give a refund because the flight was delayed and they don’t consider it as a No show flight, but Destina doesn’t give me any option. They don’t even want me to speak to a supervisor in their firm who tried to help me. I wrote 8 Emails, called 10 times., the matter is not resolved. It’s a 7 months since I bought a ticket. They also removed my previous review for them. So if you are looking for Trouble this is your company. My next option is to go to court because United airlines says I can.

Stay Away from this scam. I booked a flight ticket for $680. I got an email confirmation and everything. Two days letter the price of the ticket is $1800. Here is the kicker. They submit a ticket, supposedly from me, saying "please cancel my ticket" in which they don't charge the card. Here is the thing, I never sent that ticket, I needed the ticket for a work retreat and now the price has gone up over $1000. What happened is they took my deposit but didn't buy the ticket, then when they went to buy the ticket realized the price went up and submitted a fake ticket from me asking them to cancel the flight, thereby getting them out of there obligation to give me a ticket at the price I paid. The only thing I did wrong was book with them before looking at reviews. Disgusting

I've reuqested the intinerary and e-ticket after purchasing it Oct 31st 2022, but haven't received them for the past 17 days. I will be taking off this Sunday, so your prompt resposne would be highly appreciated. (TRIP ID 2CCILL)

Booking #482FGZ I was promised a refund from flights that Air Canada cancelled. I cancelled my flights on Sept.26th. I was told it would be 2 weeks for my refund. It is now approaching 2 months. I call a few times a week and have been told over and over that it won't be more than 24-48 hours until my refund comes and to just be patient. I have been told at least 5 times that someone would phone me back within an hour and it has not once happened. The lack of professionalism and dishonesty is so discouraging. I am currently out over $3000.00 from this company. Destina, if you read this, please have some compassion and issue me a refund. I will gladly remove my review.

WAY LESS THAN ONE STAR! This travel agency is a SCAM!!!! I tried to redeem over $300 on flight credit from a flight I booked with them. Their response was is the airline job to do that, and there’s nothing they can do. Tried to contact several times the manager and they keep on lying over and over again saying the manager is on a different call. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THEM!!! I’ll try and spread this review as much as I can!

Attempted repeatedly to call/email/otherwise contact Destina Holidays to redeem this $680 flight credit with no response. Destina, if you're responding to these, please contact me regarding using my flight credit. When I originally booked, immediately after Destina said the flight went up in price, just as the commenter below described. Seemed fishy. Trip ID: 4A2VL6 Added trip ID, still no response from company. I believe the company is just replying to these comments to appear to others as though they want to help, when in reality they do not intend to follow up. Update: they asked me to contact the airlines, which I did. The airlines (I contacted both) told me that there was no ticket number for my name on the date Destina said my original flight was. They told me to ask Destina for the ticket number they had on file. I emailed Destina ~ 1 month ago asking for the ticket number, with no response.
