DestinaHolidaysReviews of destinaholidays.com

The booking experience was seamless. When I had a question, I was able to call the support number and reach someone directly without waiting on hold. I had checked many sites and I was happy to book at the lowest price of any of the options available.

The most outstanding aspect of my experience was the exceptional opportunity to share their WhatsApp details. This made the call very cost effective unlike direct calls, which (when international as in my case), would consume a lot of credits. Big thanks

Representative was very courteous.

I was great. Great Support

The customer service rep is polite, efficient and helpful. No wait for telephone line. Response very quickly. Actively Double check the name and DOB of travellers. Price is locked for a while even though there are some delay because of my credit card problems. Problem solved in a timely manner. Very satisfied customer services experience

Booking done without any hassle

This is my first time booking online where the company actually CALLED me and verified ALL the information in person before the transaction was pushed through the airline. I really appreciate this service because those 'cheap' tickets cost A LOT to fix your name or date of birth. Simple gesture but very effective. When I had to reach out and upgrade my purchase, Ayesha the manager answered my request very fast. Her communication is also very clear. I highly recommend their service especially if you are looking for tickets from/within Europe!

Very patient with complications, and then a timely indication of details. Excellent price.
