Despite a flight booking problem, DestinaHolidays reached out and made a satisfactory correction/substitution. Good work. After initially getting a flight confirmation of a transatlantic flight, DestinaHolidays contacted me by email and phone to alert to an airline scheduling error and offered a better flight route. The phone/email experience went smoothly and actually was an improvement.

I received a call after booking online and went over the booking to ensure all is good

The process was easy going but it was strange to receive a phone call asking additional information for payment( ptotos of my CC and authorization)

My flight was cancelled, and the process to navigate whether I would get a refund or try to rebook was quite confusing. Your company informed me to contact Air Canada, when they told me I needed to speak with you, this was frustrating trying to figure out how to recover the cost of the canceled airfare. Once I spoke to Austin, the process was much easier. He resolved my issue quickly, same day in fact. His service was great. I would consider contacting your company in the future for airfare, whereas before speaking to him I was quite frustrated with your company and would not give you my business again.

Pretty efficient & price was below airline quotes

It was easy to book our flights. Within minutes after we booked our flights online, we received a call from an agent to confirm the details of our trip. After an hour, we received confirmation and our travel receipt.

Website would not accept verification of my last 4 digits on credit card to confirm ticket that was on 24 hour hold. So I had to call customer service. From that point on, the customer service was quick and courteous. But the website glitch was annoying and I had to take the extra step of getting a rep on the phone. The rep was great though that’s why I still gave 4 stars.

Fast turn around. Very good customer service.
