ONE OF THE WORST SCAMMING COMPANIES OUT THERE! SEEMS LIKE THE GOOD REVIEWS MAY BE FAKE! CHECK OUT THE STORIES OF THEIR BAD REVIEWS - CRAZY! ID 36J7VW I have bought 2 roundtrip flights tickets about 4 months ago (Over $4600), on the return flight - me and my partner weren't able to get onto the flight back, I have contacted the support about that and they said that it's ok and I can contact them for when I'm ready to fly back (they will find a flight for me and I will just pay the difference), I have contacted the support back a few days ago asking to get me a flight back to Canada, the first response was - "there are no available flights" by Ayesha, Manager (for the multiple dates I've asked for - it just doesn't make ANY sense...), later I asked again that I need to find a flight back to Canada (I know there are many flights available - I checked that myself), only after about 2 days they said that I need to wait for their response, it's been 3 more days after that - and still no response... I wrote to the support again showing them the exact flight I wanted to book, they wrote that they are working on it, then they replied to me "the seats for the flight I wanted are not available (same response from the same person... Ayesha, Manager) "and here are other flights I can take" - all are going through USA (which I can't go to USA - no VISA), I have checked the original flight (that I asked for) myself after that response, and were still 4 seats available on it! - which means that person (Ayesha the Manager) just gets back to people saying "your flight is not available"... I have found a whole LIST of flights that are available for me but the support guys don't seem to want to reply and book it... I need to go back home! This a BIG $$$$ Loss!!!! DESTINAHOLIDAYS HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I'll be talking to my lawyer about this...

Zero customer service. Rude staff. Not able to work with customer concerns. The only way to get our money back after a month of not being able to come to any resolution was to dispute the credit card charges. Thank you American Express, destina travel could learn from your customer service.

24 hours after the booking was done and accepted, we received an email that the price was going up drastically (more than 20%) letting us with 2 options, pay more or choose an optional flight. We chose the optional flight and the price went up by 10% during the booking...it's inadmissible and a shame.

I attempted to book a trip & the booking failed at Destinas end. After some time Destina gave a refund, but I'm still out $AU88, NOTE their comment saying I got a full refund is not correct in fact. NOTE : Their second comment ... it's not a transaction fee it is the conversion rate changing. Why should I be out any money for your mistake ! Details During the booking process they sent a transaction to my bank to authorise about $15,000 (Australian) on my Credit card. When the booking failed they did not reverse this transaction. I contacted them & they told me they do not have any record of the transaction (despite being for the same amount & at the same time & having their name on it). Update : 14th Feb ... Destina have processed my refund but are refunding $(AU)561.02 LESS than I paid. Note..I provided details.. destina holidays have not responded since then. I noticed that they quickly respond to other posts.. it's almost like they have no reply that makes them look good Update : 1 March Via skyscanner (DH are not responding to me at all) DH blamed my bank taking fees (WRONG), then said they had done a full refund. When asked to supply a copy of their bank details they issued a further refund for amount $US316.55. I did the original transaction in $AU and am still out $88.29. I should bill DH $50 an hour for time I have wasted on this. Update on March 14th 2023 Destina are again blaming the bank .. its not transaction fees it is international currency conversion rates ... again I bought in AUD I should get refund in AUD.... I am out $88 because of you !

SCAM! DO NOT BOOK HERE! I booked a round trip from Frankfurt to Miami, Orlando back to Frankfurt. Price was paid. Then I received an email that the tickets are not 100% booked yet and that the price went up nearly 50%. I refused to pay and wanted my money back! This is over a week ago and I still haven't received my money! And had to book new flights for me an my daughter. DO NOT BOOK HERE!

This company is not in the U.S their address has been changed from Dallas Texas to India in a couple of days. They are scammers do not use this company. They have numerous complaints online of scamming people and they are not accredited by the BBB (Better Business Bureau) use them at your own loss.

UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO COMPANY on 1/21/23: #6 of your companies lame attempt to justify your poor service, actually does not relate to me at all. The whole document is a tragedy! It took me all of 10 seconds to disprove you whole documented blog that your HORRIBLE REVIEWS are due to customer actions and not your own. The company below seems to be doing just fine. What’s your new excuse? Accept that you have failed, evident by your poor reviews. Accept that you haven’t lived up to your expectations and right your wrongs! Promised a travel credit—you did not provide that. 2. Stated the airline did not allow refunds, yet you received one for my funds and then kept the money. 3. I asked for a breakdown of charges and you never produced it or could even explain it. Accept responsibility for your actions! It’s a fundamental quality! Do not believe the FAKE high reviews. All you really have to do is look at the ACTUAL reviews from REAL customers for whom they have scammed. All of the stories are the same. Even more, look at the rude comments that they reply with, which speaks to their lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and intention to steal your money. DON'T USE THEM! YOU WILL REGRET IT! When more than half of your reviews are HORRIBLE, that means your product is also HORRIBLE. It's comical how they are trying to pad the HORRIBLE review with FAKE good ones. It is not working. FOR EVERY FAKE GOOD REVIEW, YOU ARE STILL GETTING THE HORRIBLE ONES THAT YOU "ACTUALLY" DESERVE. LOOK WHAT THEY WROTE TO THIS CUSTOMER: We have not robbed you nor we scammed you, so you need to stop lying. We gave you a valid Airline ticket which is good for travel on the scheduled dates. June 26 2023 to July 10th 2023 and charged same amount as per original quote. FOR DATE CHANGES-- you pay as per airline penalties. Stop false accusations. NOT EVEN A PENNY EXTRA WAS CHARGED TO YOU. _______________________________________________ ALL I CAN SAY, WOW! What poor way to communicate. This is such a terrible, lying organization. Terrible disgusting thieving company. They take every opportunity to scam and rip their customers off. Horrible business practice and the worst travel agency ever! Do not book with them, they are a big scam.
