Good booking experience
1) It was fairly easy to navigate the flight information. We found flights that worked for us re: times and dollar value. 2) Customer service was very proactive in requesting proof of ID and credit card due to the high dollar amount. It stressed me out as I wasn't sure if I would be able to comply with the request in a timely fashion, but I appreciate the cautious approach to the transaction.
