Same nonsense as the other reviewers. As soon as I booked my tickets, I got a call saying that they will not confirm the booking unless I pay CAD 400 extra. Cancelled the booking, not using them ever again. Reply to Destina - If you spend more than 2 seconds actually reading my review it says 'they (i.e. Destina) will not confirm the booking unless I pay CAD 400 extra'. You can say whatever about your policies since no one can verify it but I still have the initial email that provides booking details.

I booked my ticket last night and received an email asking me to justify my credit card with a photo, a document and proof of identity. I was told that by the time I replied, the price had increased by $250, although on the website I still had the same price for my trip. They were unable to confirm the price or the information. I cancelled my trip. NO CONFIDENCE AT ALL

Terrible company who does not stand behind the reservations they make. We booked business class flights from TPA - LGW. The return flight was cancelled by British Airways and Destina did not assist us to get back to TPA in business class. We eventually returned to TPA in economy class routing through Miami. We requested a refund for the unused business class ticket and Destina told us to contact the airline. I will never use the company again, and highly recommend that no-one else uses them too. They deserve to go out of business. Not only would British Airways not speak to me re a refund because I did not book directly with them but American Airlines charged me $50 to speak with them about the reservation. Nothing has been resolved.

I booked an international flight for my family and me. Less than 24 hours after the purchase, I noticed that the fare on their website and the airline company was around $1,000 cheaper. I tried to cancel my ticket, as the airline wouldn't charge me anything, and repurchase it using the same website (Destina Holidays); however, instead of charging me a $75 fee for cancelling with them, they tried to charge me $200 per passenger, under the allegation that it passed more than 24 hours, which was no true. I sent screenshots of their website and the email of confirmation. It was the first time using their services, and most likely will be the last.

I booked an international business flight with my corporate Visa Card. Less than 24h later I tried to cancel it. Destina Holidays had required from me, documentation I couldnt provide (a signed document from the credit card owner). They charged me a cancelation fee of 100 dollars. They didnt send me any justification for that charge, nor a receipt to justify that cost to my employer. I, myself, also had to cancel the insurance (with a different provider) I had booked with Destina Holidays Platform. Very, very disappointed with the post service I received.

Do not recommend. They just take your money. Much better flights out there.

Destina refused to honor two letters from my treating physician attesting to my physical inability to travel on May-11 May, and charged me an additional $400 for my wife and myself for tickets in October.

Major SCAM ALERT!!! I booked with them for a trip to Europe. I needed to cancel. They charged half the amount of my ticket in fees. Asked for a detailed bill instead I received the worst customer service ever. Asked for a supervisor and we got nothing. The guy claiming to be based in Toronto and in TX at the same time. They are not worth your money. BBB rating is F. Will file with BBB. They don’t even deserve 1 star. Reply to Destina Holidays. You are saying now that you understand my frustration but the opposite is true. You are not addressing any of my concerns raised. The horrible customer service using lewd language, me not actually giving consent to cancel as I stated in the email I wanted to weigh my options, I asked to speak to a supervisor and the rude mouth person who would not do anything else. Is it the penalties issue?! Of course it is! Where in the world u see a company charge this kind of exorbitant amounts for no service or lack there of. The only person that we talked because we were not allowed to talk to anyone else actually taunted and dare us about doing this exact thing. So now I am doing exactly what I said I would do, to expose you for what you are so that others don’t fall into your schemes. You are trying to normalize something that is neither fair or good service and I see you take absolutely no responsibility for scamming people. Do give out a detailed bill of your services provided with the exact amounts attached to each service. Can you do that? This is what I asked on the phone as well and got nothing. Called several times and the only guy answered both from Toronto and Texas saying don’t call here anymore. A true sign of a scam. Prove me wrong. Tell me I wasn’t wronged by your service instead of helped.
