The customer service is great! There was an immediate action on my booking request thru email and phone. There was no long wait of phone transactions. My concerns were addressed immediately. Thank you and God Bless your company. Continue doing an excellent service! That's what every customer deserves!

Was first skeptical, but transaction went smoothly, quick communication when there was an issue with my credit card. Got the tickets next day.

Quick and easy. Had to call twice for questions and a representative answered quickly. No long wait time or pressing multiple numbers to get to a person. Also recieved a confirmation follow up call.

There was a change in the timing of the flights after I had booked them. A Destina rep called me to let me know of the change and to confirm that I was still interested in the flight before they finalised the transaction and charged me.
