The bottom line is that we received our tickets and they are correct. I think though that it is good to know that when you are dealing with DestinaHolidays it is truly like being with a travel agent. Unlike the bigger groups of ticket sellers they are trying to do a more hands on approach of everything being through email and phone calls. However the emails and phone calls do not always provide a sense of comfort as they are slightly less than professional (eg: do not answer phone with company and agent name, spelling and grammar issues in emails etc).

Easy process online, but VERY difficult to get ahold of someone for flight changes even though the website says someone is available. Had to resolve issue directly through airline, as an agent through Destina never responded until days later unfortunately.

The flight duration and arrival times met my situation. However, processing payment was inadequate and caused a lot of hassles and inconveniences. The web site's payment processing did not got through two step verification required by my card issuer, which initially caused the charge to be declined. As soon as I received the message from my card issuer, I confirmed that I had made the purchase so the hold was removed. However the system did not resubmit the charge, and even after following up with the customer services it took more than 8 hours to receive the e-ticket

The company caused drama because I booked the ticket for my wife, but listed the credit card as in my name. Both our cards have the same account number, but I needed to send a verification email that it was ok to charge the card. Then the credit card company blocked the transaction as fraudulent, likely based on wherever the company is located, so I needed to get involved again. Pricing was good, but it is nerve wracking enough having to buy a ticket with NO 24 HOUR CANCELLATION & prohibitive change fees.
