The customer service representative, Amwar, was outstanding. I had difficulty booking my flight to Italy, and he was able to quickly, professionally and politely resolve my problem and book my flight without any penalties. He was easy to reach by phone and we communicated by phone and email. The process was very smooth and he immediately resolved it within a very short period of time. I’m very satisfied. I was most impressed at how easily it was to reach the customer service rep and how quickly we were able to solve the problem
