The team was very helpful in getting the site up and running. However, I was told that my site was hacked by China and I needed to pay a few thousand dollars to re-build the security parameter. Not sure how this could have happened when they guarantee security protections in the site hosting fee. The only reason that I did not provide 1 star is because they followed up with me many times to get the site up and running initially.
