It was extremely frustrating using this company! They didn’t edit their work, I asked several times to update my testimonials and they didn’t give me the authorization to make changes on my website. Now my website is suspended and I have to start over

I hired Funnel to design a website and logo for my business, but they completely failed to deliver on their promises. Despite multiple payments and assurances, they never provided a finished product—or even a usable draft. Communication was poor, deadlines were constantly missed, and in the end, I was left with nothing but wasted time and money. This company lacks professionalism and accountability. I strongly advise against working with them if you expect quality service or timely results. Look elsewhere for reliable design services

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND THEIR SERVICES! Designs Funnel and working with Ashley Miles began with website build, hosting and management but in 2024, I decided to hire them on to run a pay-per-click marketing campaign for me and I HIGHLY regret doing so. It became one fraudulent mishap after another. First stating that my initial $950 charged for this service was “held by PayPal” and needed a 120 days timeframe for release until they could access the funds in order to perform the service….. This was then followed by another $4950 that led to ZERO results for the pay-per-click campaign. ZERO RESULTS. NOT ONE SINGLE completed application for my campaign. Speaking to other marketing companies that handle PPC, this is unheard of. So they essentially took my money knowing that they didn’t know what they were doing OR are just complete scammers…. I requested a refund for all of my money spent — and their resolution/plan for a refund? They asked ME to contact MY BANK to dispute the charges as “services not rendered” in order to get my money back. They also had me create another email account to house/collect completed forms for this PPC campaign of which ended up being a complete waste of money since I was paying for another email address under my business account but I RECEIVED ZERO COMPLETELY FORMS! Oh, and the initial $950 that was “held by PayPal”? Yup, you guessed it… Never got that money back either. “Dispute with your bank” was, again, their resolution. FRAUD. FRAUD. FRAUD. If you read through their reviews, you’ll see a stark decline is positive reviews early/mind-2024, clearly something happened with the company/service that drove them to start acting extremely fraudulent/shady. Don’t waste your time, energy or resources on this company. Take your business and money elsewhere. For those that have been scammed, like myself, take solace that karma always comes back and claims what’s due.

This company is a scam. They will create a website for you, and service it for a few months, then they will tell you your site was hacked by Russians and will demand a ransom to get it back up and running. Do not use this company.

This company GHOSTED a month into the project. Sent a refund, luckily, but there was zero communication regarding it. The communication throughout the project was also poor. The entire thing seemed extremely sketchy, and I sadly was proved correct.

I asked them to make me a logo, which they did, then Ashley suggested I do business cards as well. I told her cool! let’s do it, I asked that she puts a qr code that pulls up my company’s email, Instagram, and my contact info. Paid $200 for 1,000 cards. they mailed me the business cards (which took forever) 500 of the cards came out the way I asked and the other 500 didn’t have any Instagram option or anything. They are now telling me I have to pay extra to order new cards to fix the mistake that they made and that it was my fault they came out that way. The customer service is just not professional, I’m a busy person and when I pay someone like Ashley (who is a senior manager) I expect her to at the very least do her job. How can you send 500 cards correctly and exactly what the customer asks for and then send another 500 that aren’t the same. WHO’S managing this? The way they’re whole business is run is just suspect ashley is well trained to smooth talk her way in and as far as I know this could be a thing they do on purpose to make an extra sale. I’m not satisfied with what I got and WHAT I PAID FOR. Now they have turned their backs and basically told me they can’t help me even after I asked to speak to someone else. I personally just don’t work with people who run their business like this it’s very unprofessional to me.
