Excellent designs, fast service, friendly team!

Great experience! It works exactly like having a designer on my team, but with lower costs. Always executed everything I needed, from simpler to more complex levels. Simple to give feedback and make adjustments. Definitely worth every dollar spent =D

Design Pickle is good at getting things to you quickly, which is a plus. However, the quality of the designs is not always there and it seems as if I have to edit or recreate the things we receive from them. If you're looking for something fast, great service but you may have to do some tweaking, especially since if its an original design.

Design Pickle has been a fantastic addition to our business. It's easy, convenient and they do great work. We started using the service for a few specific design needs but once we started working with them we realized we had a lot more areas that could be improved with good design and we've been very happy with the results.

The staff is very friendly and service has alot of potential. However, theres too many issues with quality, oversights etc which end end up using a lot of limited resources that come with the plan on fixing mistakes which drastically lowers the value.

Communication is incredible poor. Because design pickle use multi designer. All your efforts m and tons of emails, you take the time out of your day explaining important critical details to your brand, concepts and essence is all lost. There is no consistency or flow in design Designers don’t communicate proper back and forth and actually have a decent conversation. It is more like a sausage factor. I spit out a concept and they produce and old sausage. There is no back and forth to help understand what the owner wants. I am incredibly frustrated with the comms consistency. Design pickle keep adverting to upgrade to a pro at 3 times the cost yet they fail to even get the basics right with their current designers. If they showed me incredible value. There is no people to upgrading but if I am getting such poor service now Imagine when I go pro and then I still get the same problems. There is also a disconnect from managers to designer. Manager send email to defend their process yet they never say sorry we will fix the problem. What take my fitness coach come wanna bee social media designer 2 hours to post and Deisgn an advert. It take 3-4 days for the same. Not happy with you it’s at all and still waiting for you to get back TO me.

The only thing that would be helpful is a way to reprioritize or get an idea of timeframe. In some cases I would like to be able to say, stop this and do that instead as the needs of clients change.

Amazing experience and we love every design!! Communication is super easy. Hands down best decision we have made for our business is using Design Pickle!
