I used this at my company when we didn't have a graphic designer and before AI services took off. Design Pickle really helped us out when we were in a bind and gave us designs better than we could create on our own. The turnaround time was quick but sometimes there'd be a lot of back and forth to the point where I just accepted the best that they could offer. There was a bit of a language barrier and we went through a few different account managers (one was great, the others not so much). Once AI providers became available though, this was no longer our best option.

hit or miss. the people are often not trained in design. maybe self taught so time is wasted with basic principles of placement. also really wild interpretations of instructions that is like someone just guessing. i have an offshore team but DP doesn’t necessarily choose people that understand well.

We were sold a product that hasn’t lived up to expectations. There seems to be a clear disconnect between what the sales team promised and what the product actually delivers. While the design team and design services have been solid, the core issue lies in the product’s capabilities not aligning with what we were told during the sales process. To make things worse, the price went up just a month after we signed up — so we're now paying more than expected for a tool that doesn’t perform as efficiently as advertised. Hoping we can update this soon.

Unfortunately, the job-to-job performance has been inconsistent. Some jobs come back quickly and well done. Other jobs take longer and have obvious errors and mistakes or uninspired and disappointing designs. On the whole, an uneven performance. Sometimes, it saves us time; sometimes, it makes things take longer. The designs themselves are often rather disappointing. Errors have often been related to formatting - designs intended for print will be formatted for PDF or HTML, meaning the font will be overly large and there will be swathes of wasted space.

Although we already have a project management system, we were assured that your system would be able to integrate seamlessly. However, after signing up, we received a new set of instructions that revealed some limitations. It turns out that our system cannot integrate with yours as promised. Additionally, the intake and initial setup for each project require a lot more details than initially explained. We are currently reevaluating the process, our roles, responsibilities, and the work needed to fully utilize your service. We are at a stage of reassessment. Thank you for your understanding.

Loyal user since 2017. Prices for this service have gotten out of range. Used to be awesome for my small agency to be able to rely on white-labeling, and then year by year they worked me out of my grandfathered pricing to the point that I could no longer afford it.

Good value for the money! Great fast service. Glad the service includes unlimited edits because some projects do take multiple rounds to get it dialed in. I plan on using the service more and more. Thanks Design Pickle!

Able to understand brief quickly and execute accurately. Love the concept and execution, hate the excessive communication. Too many useless automated emails from them clogging up my inbox!
