The customer service at DP is excellent. Their team is attentive, responsive, and always willing to help. They’re also highly proficient in animation, which was a huge asset for us. The reason for 4 out of 5 stars is that we would have loved to see a slightly stronger caliber of design talent. That said, true to their name, if you’re ever in a design pickle, they’re a great choice.

Solid designs, reasonable prices and turnaround time. Not ideal for high end stuff, though.

Great job, highly recommend. Would give them the 5th star if they had more communication on the turnaround time. They claim 24 hours, which has been my experience when my request is the first in the queue. However, since I share this with my organization I often am not sure how long to expect turn around time. It would be nice to get some request timeline estimates when I submit a project. However, overall their team has been great and I am a happy product user. I especially appreciate that they have given the option to have their work produced in Canva, which allows for greater flexibility on my part as a customer.

Utilizing the basic plan can pose challenges, particularly with its 24-hour turnaround time. Even with efficient use of the basic plan, users may find themselves needing to plan design projects well in advance. This plan may not be suitable for those requiring fast turnarounds. On the other hand, the upgraded premium plans offer real-time editing features, which significantly enhance the service's functionality. Despite the limitations of the basic plan, the service remains commendable, allowing users to effectively manage their time and resources.

I love how simple it was to use the platform

Design Pickle is in my daily business practice. ;) I always have 2 designs being made at the same time and I am daily checking them and beginning new projects. It is such a staple in my business now. Design Pickle has helped me so much. It is great for someone who is going to be on it, notice deadlines and continue the work with them.

The designers are easy to work with and are open to creative direction, corrections, and adjustments in order to achieve the quality we need.
