When I started using DP 2 years ago the service was quite good. It's gone steadily downhill as they've (presumably) dealt with a growing user base. The designers are generally not great, but if you try enough of them you can find one that you can work with. The issues aren't with the designers themselves, but more with the production managers interfering with ever change rules. Rules about what you can request and how you can request it and what you should expect and how soon you can expect it change frequently and without notice. Presumably these changes have been to better allow the designers to cope with the additional workload of a growing number of clients. The result however, is that is that you used to get way more for your money than you do now. Plus they added all the "pro" nonsense and up-charge tiers so it's likely to only get worse.

What works: 1. Great team to work with 2. Super designer : Cynthia. 3. As many revisions as possible What doesn't work 1. Time gap between us and DP 2. Too many emails in my inbox. Yous seriously have to reduce the email comm by a tad bit.

The past year and a half, I’ve been building my new snack company and Design Pickle has played a huge role in developing my brand in all ways possible. From packaging, web site, and social media, to marketing materials for events and presentations, there’s not a day I can think of that I didn’t fully utilize their service. My most appreciative is the friendliness of my designated designer who has become like a friend and always provides positivity and encouragement. He is like my only team member. Kudos to him and the team for their patience, quality of work, easy to use ‘jar’ system, and affordability. Thanks to DP for making my company look like it’s been around for longer than it has. I recommend them to everyone I know!
