The turnover time is constantly…
The turnover time is constantly disappointing. I honestly feel that if I submit a project before the cutoff time, I will not get the first draft for 2 or 3 days, and usually takes a few days to get right, meaning I can submit other projects until those are done. I'm disappointed.

Hey Jonathan, Thanks for your honest feedback. We definitely want to make sure we are able to meet your needs within our production system. Regarding turn around time, there are many factors that affect this: the nature and complexity of each request being one of the biggest factors. Knowing that our clients are time-bound on many projects, we do our best to deliver in a timely fashion, but quality is of utmost importance to us. Clients with similar situations often adjust their submission schedule and even add more design power to their accounts. I know you've had a few conversations with our CS team.
