Love it my designer rocks and is super quick!!!

Great for any small business with consistent design needs (Social Media, Decks, Presentations). Our designer already feels like a member of our team!

Horrible Experience & Waste of Time & Money I tried them for about 2-3 months. The only reason why I stayed so long was because Aaron "success manager" offered me a free month that just turned out to be worse. Design Pickle is already an expensive platform compared to others out there so I figured they would be great. But I was wrong. 1. Started at the $400 plan, since they kept missing instructions they would average 1 project every 5 days. 2. I went through 2 different designers that kept doing the same thing. Missed instructions. 3. If you don't urgency or have all the time in the world then you like them. 4. After talking to customer support several times all they would is apologies, apologies, apologies and still, nothing would get fixed. At the end of they day, it's a business and nothing is getting done. 5. Then Aaron offered 1 month free of the pro plan. THANK GOD I didn't have to pay for it because it was the same experience. Missed instructions, Apologies, late projects, repeat. 6. Internal communication is bad which is why things are not getting done. They keep looping in all these random people to "help" but just make it worse. 7. They also have different timelines to submit requests so good luck if you're on the West Coast. 8. Overall experience was horrible and waste of time. Theirs other platforms less expensive and get the same service.

I've been using Design Pickle for a couple of years now on their Annual subscription to help me build out my Merch by Amazon and KDP accounts and have been really pleased with the service so far. - You get to build up a relationship with your designer so over time they understand your style/requirements better - For a little extra sub every month you get access to Getty Images stock library to use as source content for your designs, which is freakin awesome! - The level of designs that I have received have been top notch most of the time - The whole team speaks great English - If you have a problem then the customer service team are there for you and actively want to help you and improve their service! For me the best thing is that my Designer acts as my accountability partner.... basically, if I'm not giving him designs to work on, I'm paying for his time to do nothing, which makes me be sure to have enough briefs mapped out for him to work on!
