Happy to find these discontinued frames on this website, couldn’t find them anywhere else! They arrived within the timeframe given and were packaged well so that the frames were protected during shipping. Very pleased and I’d purchase from here again.

Glasses arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. Frames were as I ordered. No problems at all.

My order arrived with one pair of glasses in a nice case. The plastic bag that apparently the frames came in before having lenses added. An extra set of lenses loosely rolling around in the box. A tiny envelope that maybe the extra lenses were supposed to be in. And an entire other pair of glasses I purchased MISSING. And the FedEx driver must have signed for it because nobody was home when it arrived and online it says A.Rmenta signed for it. (My last name is Armenta.) The physical package doesn't seem to be tampered with. I emailed the company after receiving the package and discovering the contents. I have not received a reply still. I emailed them last Thursday, now it's Monday. I don't understand why there's a plastic bag and an extra set of lenses. And I really want to know where my other glasses are. Update: Shortly after submitting this review, I received an answer to my original message I had sent. Turns out, they send the plastic demo lenses with the frames so that if it's returned they can replace the lenses for resale. A bit weird and confusing, but fine. And the second pair of glasses I ordered had a defect before it left the factory, so they had to re make the lenses. I just received an email confirming they are complete and being shipped. I really appreciate their attention to detail and at least sending me the first pair so I wasn't waiting any longer with my old, broken glasses. I just wish they had communicated everything from the start. All in all, though, I'm happy with their service and the one pair of glasses I've received so far. Can't wait to see the other pair!

Did get my O'Key sunglasses. They are just as good as Oakley anyway but cost about 250% less. Was thinking from the reviews that I would never see my 25-30$ I had spent again, but, I was surprised to receive a strange package that was wrapped in what looked like a small black garbage bag and had writing on it in pen. Thanks Frame outlet, will certainly buy from you again if your website gets hosted again, last seen at framesoutlet.online

_This place goes above and beyond to make us happy. Dont hesitate to buy your glasses here. I ordered 2 pairs of dilli dalli glasses for my 2 year old. Beautiful glasses guys and they did a wonderful job making the lens. The prescription was perfect the doctor told me. My little chiweenie dog had chewed on the cutie pies and as a one time courtesy they are going to send me a new frame. Can you imagine how blessed i feel right now. The people who work here are very kind and compassionate. This is the only place that I will buy glasses from.

I ordered a pair of glasses from Designer Frames a couple of months ago and I couldn't have been more pleased! The glasses were as described/shown on the website and I love them!
