Glasses were made very well. Love them, however the shipping time could improve.

Waiting for a response, frames and lenses are great. I screwed up on part of my selection and the PD is off. Awaiting response.

i ordered this from the US company shipping to canda I was kept me up to date with the progress of the glasses including a simple delay not the company fault I don't believe. the delivery was fast considering it was shipping to canada. thank you fed-ex disappointed the glasses weren't as I expected the sides are the right color but the frame itself was not the same color as the sides. the picture on the site was difficult to tell so maybe that is the way Versace intended them to be. to ship them back is a waste of time when in the end I just need to see. I would like if the site could find a way to make the pictures more distinct for each color choice. Overall they are a great company to do business with. the cost was a fraction of what I could have bought them for in Canada either at the store or on line. the frames alone were 275.00 ca at this co they were 99.00. Even with exchange and duty it is still far cheaper. the lenses are likely cheaper as well but the quality of the lenses used work just fine for me. this is the second time I have used this company and I will do it again. just have to give it about a 3 week turnaround if you are in Canada

There was a small scratch on the one lens. You should have shipped them in the case! But overall happy.

I'm in love with these glasses. Just wish they would stop falling off my face. They didn't bend the ear pieces enough

The company isn’t perfect. The labs side of the business runs better than the customer service/sales side. I had an issue with the lens and the Lab side of the business got on it and communicated with me throughout the process. The customer service side? Well, they aren’t as efficient and effective. Dropped the ball on tinting, dropped the ball in answering emails and inquiries by phone, and dropped the ball on false shipping notices. Just a cluster on that side. Thankfully I had Billy for labs working with me because the first set I order the sales side forgot to put on the order to the labs that I paid for different tinting. Had it not been for Billy in the Labs, I would’ve given this company one star for communication. As far as product? The glasses are good and I think they have real good smudge resistance than other glasses I’ve had. Overall the glasses are a winner. Ordering online is fairly easy and they ARE A LEGIT and a REAL ORGANIZATION. Just note for frames they don’t have in their stock will be received from organizations like VSP. So, there will be a delay as they are dependent on them and what they do and ship. Designer Frames is at their mercy so to speak. However, once the frames are in their hands, they deliver quickly and professionally. It’s a good organization, great lab personnel, but could get better on the customer service and sales side. Especially communication and keeping the customer informed.

just double check the orders I was sent the wrong pair of Glasses. Other wise they came on time and they are Really Designer Frames!

The only issue (and why 4 stars instead of five) I had was that I had to call to find out where my previous order was after weeks of the order being “in process”, only to find out it was being canceled due to an issue with the distributor. However after discussing, I was able to get the new style ordered and with a discount. So in all, a good experience. Thank you.
