I've ordered glasses from multiple different companies over the years, but this company is the slowest I've ever used. Even with next day delivery, it took almost a month for both of my orders to arrive. I can only assume that they don't keep many frames in stock and it takes them about two weeks to receive the frames that they eventually mail to their customers.

I ordered frames on 2/23/24 with a 10-15 day delivery time. On 3/20/24 I contacted the company and was told that 4-6 weeks was customary for back orders which was not mentioned at the time of ordering. On 4/12/24 I recontacted this business as I had been provided no updates and it had been 50 days and was told there was no firm delivery. I cancelled the order.

First of all their prices aren't really any better than many other better known and more reputable online eyeglass retailers. Their website didn't list how to get transition lenses with bifocals, so I contacted them and they emailed back to say I'd need to speak to customer service. Which proved impossible. Half a dozen times I've called during normal weekday business hours. I ALWAYS get a recording saying - after selecting 1 for customer service - "...unfortunately, due to a shortage of staff we are unable to accept calls today." Or any day apparently. I don't think they actually have any staff. Chat isn't any better - they say they'll email you... cricket cricket. There's always a chance that something could go wrong ordering glasses (or anything) online - sight unseen - forgive the pun. So, this doesn't bode well for contacting them with any issue arising from the order/delivery process. I'd steer very clear.

Ordered glasses 10 days ago and checked my status today it says canceled. No email or any reason as to why they canceled. Scam do not buy from here you’ll be waiting for no reason

I would give a zero. They took my money and didn’t have product available. On hold for refund. Don’t know if they will answer.

Do not shop at Designer Frames Outlet. My $180.00 Guess brand frames broke at the hinge within a few weeks. I did not drop them or mishandle them in any way. I emailed them about this but did not get a response. I called them during their business hours but they would not answer. I set up a chat with their Bot but their Bot would not text back. Their warranty is nonexistent. If anything is wrong with your frames, there is nothing they will do about it. You will not be able to speak to anyone at Designer Frames Outlet.

yet another review for a company that has zero expectation of actually standing by its word I ordered from them back in August, got my order wasnt done correctly the transition lenses didn't send them back ok sent them back, was called by the director of the returns to verify the issue and assured that they would be returned in the same manner that I paid for the first time since I paid for over night shipping, well its been over a month, and they SURPRISE SURPRISE LIED they are sending them snail back express bulk shipping maybe by new years. these are were 500 dollars worth of glasses they have FAILED to communicate at every point in the process, they leave you in the dark, I had to email them to find out if they were going to ever return my 500 dollar Nike frames. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE a low price is worthless if you cannot use what you get!

Order : DFO287381 I absolutely regret ordering from this website. I placed an order and the delivery date showed as Oct 2-nd. Then was changed to October 3-rd. I am yet to receive the package. I have contacted these people but they are not replying. I have gotten shades from Ezcontacts no problem whatsoever, but this website just doesn’t seem right to me. The reason I ordered from them is because the pair I liked was $50 more on EZcontacts. Unbelievable!
