The site was pretty user friendly. The shipping was relatively quick, and my items were exactly as they looked on the site. I'm overall very pleased with the experience, and I'll certainly order again!

The prices and options for lenses was one of the least expensive. I usually have my lenses made and installed by Sam’s club, not anymore! Will be getting another pair soon. Wish the turn around was faster but I was just excited to get my new pair of glasses.

The company did great with reaching back out to me when asking for updates on my order. I just received my glasses and I love them! Processing the order took a little longer and I was a bit worried about the quality and if the package would get lost. But over all I am happy with my purchase!

I Love my frames, but the prescription from the Lab is very blurry up close when reading.

The glasses and lenses are excellent. Had to rake them to have soft nosepieces put on instead of the hard plastic they came with. With that modification they fit perfectly.

I find Designer Frames to be very good. They respond quickly to help resolve issue and answer questions. Awesome selection of Eyewear. I will use them again and make recommendations as well. The only snag I had was I placed an order using my current email, and my order was placed under an old compromised email. For the duration of the order all correspondence was sent to the compromised email. I asked to have that email deleted entirely, to avoid future purchases mix ups. Hopefully, that has been remedied. Besides the snag I enjoy shopping with D/F and look forward to continued business with them.
