I made an order from another site (Lensntrends)after a month and half my order was still processing. Ther were no updates or contact from them, I reached out leaving my name order# and contact, never spoke to anyone. I made an order through Designer frames outlet and received an update a few days later and frames within 10 days of my order.

Fantastic experience! Found the exact frames I wanted from the designer I prefer, that was otherwise difficult to find elsewhere. Ordering was easy and the glasses got to me in a timely manner. Earlier than was estimated. I'll be going through you guys again when the need arises.
