I ordered Designer Frames from here. They came with a generic case, which to me screams fake. When I contacted customer service, they said the case was "damaged" and that's why a generic case was sent. When I asked to return them, I was told sure, no problem. Not until AFTER I returned them that they charged me a $50 "restocking" fee. Would never order from them again.

Ordered stock frames (no prescription) over 3 weeks ago. Never got a shipping confirmation or tracking number. Company has no phone support and has not responded to my email of 2 days ago asking for shipping confirmation, immediate delivery or full refund. I looked on BBB and the company seems to be plagued by unfulfilled orders and very unhappy customers.

I would like to return the glasses. They do not look like what I expected. Do not like them.

It took almost two months to receive order. And they are absolutely a knock off. I wore one time and got such a migraine as despite ordering blue light blocking lenses, they do not put those in. The prescription was also not correct, as confirmed by my eye dr. STAY AWAY for prescriptions. If non prescription and you don’t mind waiting- probably fine. You can’t speak to anyone who works there- that alone should be your red flag. Spend your money elsewhere

They don’t respond. You cant log in to your account to do a return. No body responds back. Never ever I will use this website again. The order arrived too late and I can’t do a return

I shipped the company two pairs of Oakley frames for single vision prescription lens replacements. I received only one pair back showing my order has been fulfilled and delivered. When I call customer service I receive a message stating that due to staffing issues no one is available and that I can use email or live chat. I spent 5 hours on live chat and never received the first message. I have sent at least one email a day for four days and tomorrow will make day 5 and still nothing. The website says they reply within 8 hrs, so I feel like four days is plenty of time. I’m now at a loss of 250.00$ frames and 50.00$ lenses. I wouldn’t send or purchase anything from this company as this has been the worst experience ever. Do yourself a favor and read the negative reviews. Customer service is non existent and the fight for answers is like pulling teeth. Save your money and time and choose someone else to meet your needs!

Terrible company, the 5 stars that it shows on their site is all LIES, I wish I would have found this place for reviews and I would NEVER have ordered almost $500 in sunglasses... Now I have to try and cancel my order and get my money back. They never answer the phone, it's been weeks with no order and still shows not shipped and they don't answer emails either! I'm going to write to the better business bureau next! STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE/COMPANY

Waited a month for readers despite the website stating they would ship within 2-3 days of order. The product received was damaged with a bent arm. They refused to send a new pair until they physically receive the glasses back and will determine whether replace or repair despite my sending pictures that show the product being damaged.
