I would give this company ZERO stars if possible. I ordered glasses a month ago and have not received my order. Apparently, they only have one person working in Customer Service and it takes them DAYS to respond IF they respond at all. And they do not provide any specific info. Just "your order is processing". I do not believe this is a legitimate business and have filed a fraud charge with my bank. Sketchy at the VERY least. Save yourself a huge headache and do not purchase glasses here. EDITED: I have updated my review to 3 stars. My glasses did, in fact, arrive (almost 2 weeks later than expected). The quality seems ok. I wear contacts during the day, so I haven't had a chance to make sure the prescription is right, but so far they seem ok. Overall, I would still not recommend this company. The communication is terrible and it took way longer than expected to receive my order. Proceed with caution.

The glasses are great but delivery took forever and I paid for fed ex 2 day and didn't get it.

Frames came in chipped where they put the lenses in and there is pink blushing around the lenses by the nose pieces when the frame is a matte white... Not sure if I should buy the more expensive frames I was eyeballing.. site stock might be all of the old, defect items that were deemed sellable, but who knows. I'm sad but will keep them. Not worth returning for less money because of the custom lenses. Someone on another retail site said the exact same frames (same for too) came to them super chipped so I think I got off lucky.

You never get to speak to anyone live. And their return policy is a load of crap!

It just took longer than expected, but a good experience over all.

The price was great, site was useful, cusyomer service was responsive the reason I'm not giving a 5 star is because the production and shipping time took so long past the estimate delivery date.

The processing and shipping was very fast. The glasses are beautiful and great quality. My only issue was I put my PD wrong 😞
