Bought more glasses, one broke because were old or bad stored, and two lenses not good for my eyes, and you did not offer any refund!!! Customer service just writing mails and goes around, do not accept any responsibility, disaster!!!

Purchased dillidali kids frame which is suppose to be very durable first week on 2nd day lens popped out at school and is missing. Awaiting next steps form customer service disappointment didn’t even have glasses that long lens already missing. Emailed 2 days ago having gotten response yet.

I received my order after waiting 2 months and the frames arrived broken. I have reached out by phone and email and no one returned my call or email to rectify the situation. I am very disappointed, as this is not my first order from designer frames outlook.

Let me start by saying I’ve purchased from DFO several times in the past with no issue. My latest order arrived in a dirty case inside and out. The cloth was not wrapped in plastic as ALL my eyewear I’ve ever purchased from anywhere have. It was wrinkled and balled up like it was used. I reached out to CS and Kelly didn’t have anything to say other than “their products are authentic”. Which I definitely questioned in my correspondence. No apology/acknowledgement. No resolution.

they sent me demo frames is what i call it scratched everywhere why would they pull some crap like that with me after waiting 4weeks! they won’t send me a refund they want the product back then wait more time for a refund how ridiculous to send it back so you can keep playing your dirty games by re selling the same garbage ????
