Mostly positive experience. These fit well and are nice and light. The only negative is that the glasses came with some residue on the lenses that was very hard to get off. Overall good but these are a backup pair so I'm less picky than I usually am.

Designer Frames Outlet is absolutely legit, but be prepared to wait 6-7 weeks for your frames to arrive. Most frames aren’t kept in stock, they have to order them directly from the manufacturer, which takes 4-6 weeks before they even receive them. My biggest complaint is the lack of upfront communication about timing. I wish they had been clearer about the extended wait time when I placed my order. I had to reach out after 3 weeks to get an update, which is when they finally explained the process. While I understood what to expect, better communication from the start would have been appreciated. Once they received my frames, the service improved dramatically. They provided regular updates and worked quickly; the lenses were made and shipped within that final week, bringing the total time to about 7 weeks from order to delivery. The savings are absolutely worth the wait though. The eye glasses group at my eye doctor’s office quoted me $550 total ($220 just for lenses) for the same Sophia Loren M317 frames in dusty rose. Designer Frames Outlet delivered the complete prescription glasses for around $180! That’s a massive saving of $370! They also offer lens replacements if your prescription changes, which is a nice touch. My glasses arrived in a beautiful leather (or faux leather) case that feels premium and well-made. My only wish is that they offered more lens features and tints. I have a similar pair from Firmoo that cost $49 with blush tint and other features, and honestly I find myself wearing those more often just because of the blush tint effect. They match me and my personality more. The Sophia Loren frames pop out more simply because of the color of the frames, not many geometric lenses come in such a subtle dusty color. It’s not brown it’s a dusty rose. The colors for geometric frames, that I’ve seen, are brown, black, and gold. All the little details and extra features make a difference in daily wear. Bottom line: Legitimate company with great prices, but expect long wait times and limited communication initially. The savings make it worthwhile if you’re not in a rush and want designer frames at a fraction of retail cost.

The Prada frames are received were of great quality and the price was reasonable. They arrived on time. The packaging was mediocre there was no lens wipe to dust your lens. I only purchased the frame and have my optometrist add my prescription. Was a little skeptical with the prescription part. I will definitely shop with them again.

Easy to order and frames arrived in a couple of weeks. Good fit and price. I had previously ordered a frame that was no longer in stock but was not informed that it was unavailable. This delayed getting the frames that were available. I was quickly refunded for the first frames. The resolution was easy by email to customer service. I will use this company for my glasses in the future.

I just received my new pair of glasses (Tom Fords). They are great except for a few exceptions: both lenses are loose in the frame with one lens out of the frame when I received the glasses. Seems they were not properly tightened. Now I have to get them tightened. Also, the frame is out of whack! I am going to try them on for a few days to see how they fit and adjust. Let's see how this goes else I may have to return them?

My first time getting glasses online. Vision is good and accurate. Serviced in a reasonable amount of time and actually arrived earlier than expected. But because of going online versus brick and mortar, I don’t know where to go to get my frames adjusted. The nose piece is rather uncomfortable.
